Faced issues with their stone basin product which has developed a crack. The dealer has mentioned that Aquant gives a 5 year warranty because of which I called their customer care. A service technician visited me within 2 days and tried to fix the issue which was unresolved. The company then gave me a free replacement through the dealer. I’m impressed.
