I have bought this purifier and logging complaints every 20 days. engineer visits and what he check I did not know about this at all. he provide a temporary solution which work for 13 to 15 days and the same problem comes again and again. now days we got new ro+UV tds. the enginner came for installation and he did everything in rush. he has broken water pipes and after that I call a plumber to repair this. in this way they treat their customer.
