Applock is a locking app to hide your apps on Android phones. Confused? Read slowly once again. You can hide your applications on Android phone using Applock. I have it installed on my phone, and have used it to protect most of my important data through a four code password. It also offers for a pattern lock facility.
This app is readily available in the Playstore. Its download and installation is easy. Doesn't cause performance issues and the size is few MBs. Sometimes, however, when my phone restarts on its own, Applock fails to function properly and opens the apps without entering the password.
There are other areas that I think need to be incorporated:
> It allows only one password to protect all apps. There should be an availability to set up up a unique password for each of them.
> You can hide the entire app or not. For example, if there are certain images or multimedia that I need to hide, it isn't really possible; have to hide the entire gallery. Once my gallery is open, all the data associated with it is readily available.
