Over the years all the apple competitors have been trying to come up with a worthy competitor to the MacBook Air but with little success. Let me tell you that this model is the latest model with OS X El Capitan and 8 GB of RAM. Buy this product if you need a really light weight machine for doing average tasks whose battery would last throughout the day. The battery can really compete with a smartphone's battery(I am not kidding). It will last for around 12 hours easily.
