Product is good that have we have purchased but they are having very bad service. After sale AO smith is careless about ther customers.Their customer care executives are also careless about complaints.Techinicians are further careless.I think they are competing with each other to become careless.So crux of this essay is don't go for AO smith water purifier at least.
