Absolutely miserable after sales service. Service request no. 10834410 dated Dec 22, 2018 has still not been attended. Earlier, the product malfunctioned within 6 months of installation. Now I have junked the Rs 18000 worth RO and replaced it with another. Buy this product to your own peril. It is a shame how such a manufacturer is being allowed to exist in our country.
