AO Smith RO is worst ever products I have ever purchased in my life. Their technicians are expert in harassing its customer than resolve the complaint. It is a night mare dealing with these guys.
I have purchased AO Smith RO Product Name: Z9; Mfg. No: B6431811210003; Product No.: IGRO10082RZBHN2 0n: 23.06.2019 from Mayur vihar, Delhi, India. Since last six months I have made the end number of complaints at their customer service portal for Water Leakage from both the outlets. I do not understand when there is always leakage then why AO smith has not told us at the time of purchase of Goods that their products are faulty and customer shall buy the same at their own risk.
On majority of time their service guy doesn’t turn up and close the complaints on their own and when they turn up, they just laugh on us and said they have provided waste water tray for collecting such leakage Whenever their technician came they create another problem and one can understand the same form the fact that in 6 month old model they changed motor, mother board, membrane filter and many more thing whose technical name I don’t know but my problem for which I called them still remain the same.
AO smith’s own technician has assured me that if there is any further complaint, they will discuss and shall change the products, however instead of changing the product they have stopped taking our calls.
I felt cheated and harassed. Could any one guide me how to resolve this complaint
