An AO Smith Water Purifier was purchased by me from the AO Smith distributor.Yes! it does its job well as it purifies water and changes its taste.The sad part is that it is not good in quality as it needs frequent servicing.I needed to call the call service centre very frequently and mono type answers were given and nothing in commitment.Finally, I forwarded an email and waiting for their action and hope to have something positive to say like its quality of water purification and taste change.
