I purchased two heaters. models HSE - SES - 025, so ridiculous service. no parts are available in the open market. your service people are so naive, without basic knowledge. both my heaters are down. two months back, I raised a request. one of two was showing'e 0' error. some body by name Ravi came and took one week to correct it.(I Doubt, because he changed display for'E 0' error which is power leakage error.). I had same complaint after 20 days. same guy came and this time after abusing the unit, told there is problem with earthing. I hired an electrician paid rs. 300 to hear there is no problem with earthing. I informed the service guy. instead of rectifying the problem, he cancelled my request saying'duplicate request'. again I raised another complaint. same, they cancelled my request as'duplicate request'. It happened thrice.
I fed up with call center people and the service layman people, I bought racold and got it installed. wishing aosmith rip.
now today second heater is showing'F 5' error. you know what I did just before writing this, I purchased another'racold' .
thanks for inflicted agony. a few days back some one by name Yeswant from tenali, called and told me that he is an electrical engineer and all other electricians are worthless. he advised me to hire an electrical engineer to correct my earthing problem. so ridiculous and meanest. isn't it.
