I worked at Anytime Fitness shastri circle jodhpur for 1.5 years, and during this time, I dedicated myself fully to the gym’s operations. As a trainer, I was consistently punctual, committed to helping clients with their fitness goals, and went above and beyond to ensure the gym ran smoothly. I took great pride in building relationships with the gym members and contributing positively to the gym’s environment.
Despite my hard work, the owner, Atul Sankhla, has failed to pay me the salary and incentives I rightfully earned for my services. I raised this issue multiple times with the management and directly approached the owner, but my concerns were met with nothing but delay, excuses, and ultimately no payment.
I explained the financial difficulties I was facing due to the non-payment, including not having enough money to even buy food, but my situation was dismissed. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, I was threatened with legal action and told that I would be taken to jail for speaking out. This was extremely disheartening, especially after all the effort I put into my work.
In the end, the management’s lack of professionalism and disregard for their employees is evident. They have shown no respect for my time and efforts, and I’m left feeling deeply frustrated and demoralized. Not only did I work hard to help clients achieve their goals, but I also ensured the gym’s daily operations were running smoothly. Yet, despite this, I’m denied the compensation I’m owed.
I hope my review serves as a warning to anyone considering working here. It’s clear that the gym’s management does not value its employees, and I urge future employees and clients to be cautious. I have tried every reasonable means to resolve this, but with no success. It’s disappointing to see a gym with such potential run by individuals who are unwilling to respect their staff or fulfill their obligations."
