Let me start by saying that such health services must be utilised by only those who have gone more than 20% of their weight limit. e.g if for a particular person, ideal weight is 60kgs; and if he/she is more than 72kgs, only then things are out of hand. And you will have to use such services. This formula was told to me by a well known doctor specialised in obesity matters.
If you really need such services, then Anjali Mukherjee's HEALTH TOTAL is the best. Following are the pros
1) They do not advise artificial medicines. They give ayurvedic medicines with test analysis.
2) They stress on fatless healthy diet and there is no chance of weakness.
3) They recommend compulsory walking for 30 minutes daily (exercise not required)
4) After expected weightloss is complete, they have a long maintainence program to avoid weight gain.
5) Very economical compared to others like VLCC etc who recommend artificial methods.
If you are slightly overweight, the best method is sleep early and get up early. Eat everything and do not over eat. Keep body active and see the difference.
