Thanks to the theme ''FITNESS”.... Every gym is minting money. Every gali has a gym. A new scope in careers for the youngsters is becoming a ''Gym Instructor''. Every house today has atleast one person registered in the gym. It gives many a status symbol to join one of the ''State of the Art Gyms''. Contest like Mrs. Galdrags are inviting women in their forties to participate and win the crown. Other than gym there is Anjali Mukherjee(AM) and VLCC for the people who believe in dieting more than excercising.


Firstly why does one gain weight .... It is factors like Marriage...usually all put on after marriage.... What is it with married people to put on excessively? ...I too have experienced this ...


Like the normal girls I never cooked before marriage and then suddenly one day I had to start my kitchen.... My in-laws being in the other state I couldn't expect saasu's help.... To make something with so much difficulty and then to eat that compulsorily, as I couldn't afford to throw it ...In just a week I noticed the change.... I feel it is easier to diet when someone makes the whole meal for you.... But if I have to eat what I make then it is just not possible to diet...


I joined Anjali Mukherjee to lose weight ...She is another place I would recommend all to think twice before they join there...AM prescribes a lot of medicine to be consumed...which will include multivitamins, Food digesters, fat burners...Her medicines which is from her rack will be in dirty colours like black, dark brown and light brown (typical ayurvedic medicine).... Plus every week hidden cost of Rs 500/- will be spent on medicines to be bought from Chemist... Everyday I consumed around total 12 tablets (much more than a patient in ICU)


The trauma is not over. The daily schedule is to have things at 6 am, 7.30 am, 10.00 am, 1.30 PM, 4.00 PM, 7.00 PM, 9.00 PM....(consuming things atleast 7 times a day).... For instance every morning drink raw juice of Dhaniya + Tomato+pudina to remove toxins ...then eat very little breakfast (Brown bread or egg white) and coconut water at 10 AM, eat lunch consisting of Roti, subji salad...etc 2 digestive biscuit or an apple at 4 PM, sukha bhel at 7 PM and subji and salad at 9 PM ...In all this she never ever told me at the time of registration ''Who in the world is going to prepare all this for me''. Finally I decide to hire a cook. Now the other dilemma was to carry these Dabbas (5-6 for food and salad and 2 glasses with lid for juices)to office as my office timings are 9AM – 7PM. Again here she forgot to warn me at the time of registration that I need to own a vehicle so that I can keep the big basket (filled of dabbas) in the dikki of a car.


so now you know why I have a cook and a car at home !!!


Weight loss was very effective as my pocket was empty with the tension of making money to provide for AM, COOK, CAR. Gradually after following her diligently, I quit her ...and gained weight so instantly that I decided to join a Gym with personal instructor....


Can u guess why I own a treadmill at home now ? ;-)
