Hi,
I lost almost Rs.75, 000. Just because of intelligibility of Angel Broking. They have worst app which have lot of bugs. The Customer care is worst part of their organisation. I already file two complaints with them but they are not even bother to reply me. The 1st complaint I had put on 21/6/2017 and one today.
Today I bought igl sell @ 1255 and bid @ 1240 for buy after 15sec and as usal your app restart. When I login again my whole stokes buy @1305 and my whole money liquidate. Now I just want to know where the hell is my mistake.
I already file one complaint in which I almost ?20000 and today ?14750. Who is responsible.
Today I again call my RM and dealer no one picks my call and finally call at Custmor care and they told me to mail then what is the work of your customer care.
I need my whole money which I lost due to your app and staff otherwise I have to attain a legal way to sue you.
Don't trust them. I have proofs with me. Surly 120% I will sue them in court.
