You keep on calling(4 to 5 times) the dealer will not reply, on the sixth time suddenly one person will pick your phone and ask client code, after that he/she will tell you about your dealer's name and wait for dealer to come or may transfer your call and then call cut. call disconnected, I mean what is this, again you call but no reply, spend 30 min like that, and you are still their only.helpless.
