I was on tour of Odisha with my friend.We were searching for hotel to stay.Noe shopkeeper tell us that Anandamayee Hotel is famous hotel in that area.We had booed our room in this hotel.Hotel was good we can enjoy beauty of sea from this hotel,but the problem ws about service.They had very small working staff and because of this reason customer get very slow service.On one night there was electricity problem in my room.There was no light and fan were working.I had complain to manager and asked him to provide me other room.He told me other room is not available He told me that he will send service man within ten minutes.I had waited there for half an hour but no person come.I had remind them twice then there man came and solve the problem in two hour.They should give a fast service to customer.
