This is really one of the best tourist place I visited. Anand Sagar is very beautiful location which is 3 Kms away from Shree Gajanan Maharaj temple in Shegaon. The place is very peaceful. There is an entry fee of Rs. 50 per person. Once you entered in to Anand Sagar campus you need at least 5 hours to finish seeing it. There are plenty of flower plants, huge artificial lake, playing rides for children and very good food counters. Fast food, tea-coffee and ice cream are very cheap as compared to market rate and are very good quality. Here is a very very good facility of cool mineral water in entire Anand Sagar campus. You can enjoy ride of Anand Sagar train which takes you round Anand Sagar and can have a feel of jungle. Shiva temple, Ganesh temple and Dhyan kendra are very lovely. They are inside Anand Sagar. A photography lover must visit this place. You can find plenty of locations to capture in camera. Children can have best fun here whole the day. Food facility is very very nice. The climate is cool even in summer. The famous temple of Shree Gajanan Maharaj is 3 kms away from Anand Sagar. Sansthan's bus facility is available to pick and drop free of cost. Very neat and clean accomodation facility is available at Anand Vihar and Mandir Campus. Nearest railway station is Shegaon. Nearest bus station is Shegaon.
