I use Amul pure Ghee in making delicious sweets.
Amul pure ghee adds extra taste to the sweets.
Especially when I prepare payasam, I compulsory use Amul Ghee.It is made from freshmilk cream.I also use Amul ghee in cooking other spicy items like biryani.
I generally purchase 1 kg bottle .I did not find any fungus or bad smell with Amul Pure Ghee anytime during the usage.Ghee is best for health. Use one teaspoon of ghee and stay healthy.I love to have it.
