I am using amex gold card from last months I must have to say it is the best credit card I ever used . Yes there is disadvantages also like high annual fees like 4500 for yearly renewal of the card . Also 1250 for joing fees in that you will get 4000 reward point which is equal to 1000 rs . But why I am saying it is best card
1) Every 50 rupees you spent you will get 1 Reward Point
2) If you accumulate 18000 points you will get 7500 statement credit and 24000 reward poin you will get 10000 rs Statement credit
But you think how I can make this much reward point . It is also easy by following steps
If you spend 1000 rupees four times in the month you will get 1000 reward point bonus+ 80 reward point is actual points .
So 1080 X 12= 12960 by simply using 12 months plus if your spend other thing also you will earn . Overall its good earning from your getting from normal spending
But obviously lots of disadvantages like its not acceptable in all the outlets some places they are asking 2.5% extra for amex users so it is having pro and also cons
As I mentioned high reward point and very less acceptable place in offline stores also High annual fees . If you are really spending very good amount in credit card per month then it is good card for you
For me it is good because good amount of money I spent htrough credit card
