I share my experience of amd graphic card.
I have Sapphire radeon 270 1GB ddr5 graphic card.I wanted a graphic card which is capable to play mostly games.
So I went to a retail store where shopkeeper suggest me this card.I brought this one and start playing with watch_dog in medium setting, Battlefield in low setting, nfs run and nfs rival in medium setting.Around 7 months it played all these games but now watch_dog is lagging.
However I played NFS rival in medium setting without any lagging.I recommended this card who has a low budget.Overall this is a good graphic card and I like all amd cards.
