I gave it one star because thats the minimum supported , I recent bought a laptop from Amazon and was delivered within 2 days. But one once I opened up the device I discovered that it is a defective item, so I contacted the customer service and the representative bluffed about arranging a return the next day. But there was no return pickups in the next day so I contacted them , but now they can't return the item because they need a service rejection letter from dell. So I contacted dell already knowing that no company will ever give a service rejection letter. Dell did the same and told me that the entire responsibility lies with Amazon. So I contacted them again. Now they are asking me to get a letter from dell authorized service center stating that the computer is defective. WTF.
This is amazons pure lack of respect for their customers.What I feel is getting robbed for 50k by a reputed online company so, please think twice before buying anything from Amazon. There wont be much of services that gets delivered even though promised. My suggestion Avoid Amazon . You will better of spending few hundreds more on your local retailer than gettimg robbed the entire amount.
