In my whole life regarding shopping websites, I got the worst experience from amazon. I had ordered samsung J7 from amazon online. The delivery of the product was expected after 5 working days from date of order. But it took me almost 10days due to some issues at logistic department. I had called the customer care number thrice for the same but I did not get satisfactory answers from them. The customercare people could not even track my order. I had also registered my complaint against non delivery of product on time but yet thee was no reply from them. I really did not like the customer care attitude towards work. They are just fooling the customers. I think I should not pay such shopping websites anymore.
