I never knew that for some defect there is no return service from amazon. If the company can send a product it can collect it too on the same route.
For me it will be a lot of inconvenience to get time from my office hours and go with all the hassles of sending a courier.
We go for online purchases for convenience . But this act is a deterrent for me to not go for amazon shopping.
In the first place amazon has not checked for the quality of the product before sending and now it' s expecting me to take all pain and send it back to them when they can easily pick it from here.
