Amazon.in , which is a USA Based E-commerce company whose primary business is to provide server facility called AWS- Amazon Web Services.
The Amazon.in website and app of online shopping is their secondary business and the app looks like one.
The Amazon app has very bad User Interface. The working of app and website is not that good infront of it's competitors.
Their service and the product quality is not that good. I have bought months ago from amazon website which took a long time to deliver to my place. There is no customer service in case of someone wants to return the product due to some reason.
My personal experience is not that good with Amazon so I suggest to use other online shopping portal.
