I am using the Amazon since last 1 year until now I have order 44 products and get their delivery to my home address and I got all the product as I accepted the delivery time is 3 to 9 days ( approx) .
You get all the update related to your order by message and also you can track your order. Some of my delivery is late from the given time but also some came before the delivery time.
As there are also some third party seller on the Amazon so to get the desired products always order carefully and if you want you can investigate about the product on Amazon using Amazon customer care service before ordering any product .Then also if you got any defected or wrong item you have option to return or exchange it.
I also use debit card and Amazon pay to shop items which is totally safe and if you cancel or returns item you get refunded your balance within minutes .Then also if any type of problems come use Amazon customer care service they easily sort out your problem related to your product.
