Amazon is the most well tested online eCommerce shopping site in India. They have collection of huge products over 2 lakh products. But now they have been removed their return policy on mobile phones, which could be really disappointing for consumers.
However this policy is still better then retail shops, because if you buy product from them they will not replace it but on Amazon if you don't like the product you can get replaced it in 10 days.I bought many products from amazon and got satisfied with what I got, and also the amazon fullfilled product packaging is really outstanding. They are well and nicely packed in box.
