Amazon is good. Atleast it is better then other online stores in my opinion. I ordered my JBL earphones worth Rs 750 and my mobile red mi 3s prime from Amazon. The customer service is awesome.You can directly chat to their customer care executives at any time, if you are having any problem related to your package.They are always available to solve your problems 24 hours on any day.But I rated it 4 stars because , when I ordered my mobile , the delivery was delayed to 1 day.But , thanks to their customer service they informed me about the delay and they even apologized for that.
