Amazon is growing very fast in our country and winning hearts of many people by its customer service, the deals which they provide, and also its return policy.

Lets start with its some pros and cons.

1.Customer service- I would say best as of now even better than flipkart I would say as far my experience is concerned.They are very polite and customer oriented.

2.Return Policy- very good return policy . user can claim return on 10 th day not after that. But I would say they simply come and take their product on very next day and also refund the amount very soon.

3.fast delivery- for many locations they offer their faster delivery option which is really effective. and their normal delivery is also very fast if we compare from other competetors in the market.

4.wide range of product- amazon offer almost every kind of product. so availability of product is not the issue here.

cons.

I think only one is there its user interface.the website does not look very atractive and sometimes it is difficult to find a product . images of product they upload are also not very good and detailing of the product as well.Sometime for user it is difficult to have idea about a product from the kind of pictures they provide.
