Hai friends I am going to share my experience of amazon. In from the last 4years.as till now what ever I have ordered whether its mobile, earphones, shoes, pendrive, etx. The exact product was delivered every time but what I don't like about the company is its slow delivery process which takes almost 10days to deliver my home but now there trying to making it better which is a very good news for the customers. The company provides exchange or return of money if the product you don't like. The customer service is very good as I have faced a problem of returning the phone, at that time I was very tensed but the customer service provider helped me a lot.
The product quality is quite good but now many new sellers are coming how don't provide good quality products. The apps view is not good but the app is user friendly. The reliability of the products is very good.
