Good product & 100% of the timeAs a prime member for years now I usually have very little reason to complain. Competitive prices, fast delivery, and a wide range of products. I also use their Amazon online video service. Their customer services are usually very helpful although I have suffered one bad experience where the person I got on the phone not only spoke extremely bad English but could not answer my questions and just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Having said that, I have never had problems with returns or getting money back that was owed. Would recommend.thanks guyz.
