Amazon provides good deals as per price but it lacks behind in customer support and delivery time. My recent purchase of Iphone 5S Space Grey 16 GB was one of the worst experience in my online shopping experiences. It was to be delivered in 2-3 days but it took 15 days to get delivered. after 10 days of placing order I got message that product has been shipped but amazon is not able to track its location. Amazon refused to cancel the order as it was placed from credit card and exective asked me to wait for more 3 to 4 days.
Amazon generally provides good deals but its customer support is pathetic. It generally takes more delivery time than it promises and almost no customer support adds to the frustration.
