Good services. Only disadvantage is that they don't provide COD in India.They provide the best experience across all the web platforms.Mobile App, mobile website, and PC website.
All three platforms provide seamless shopping experience. What else you can expect from an E-commerce company? They are not just advertising and sitting there. They works really hard to solve problems of customers. The customer service may be the best on planet. They respond very quickly to any quires about any product or service. The live chat service is also a very helpful feature.
..I can't complete this review without mentioning the amazon logistics service. The behavior of these people are also very good and have nice helping mentality. So based on my overall experience on major shopping sites available in the world, without any doubt I can say amazon is the best. It is a very good option for those products that are more priced in Indian markets.
