I am an very frequent online shopper on flipkart, snapdeal, amazon etc. Although amazon has unique features of rates but recently I ordered UsB mouse and the invoice contains name Usb Mouse but on opening I found Ps/2 and when I complained they arranged return. Now they have not yet collected the items.
Again I ordered a Dlink Wireless router and they had sent a wired router. I fail to understand why the amazon people sends other items than the item ordered and after they send the different item why they are reluctant in returning the product. It will bad mouth amazon, I think the higher management should look into the matter. I am very sad at amazon.
