I visited one of a builder 2 months ago and booked a flat, but due to high pricing that goes out of my budget I decided to cancel. I emailed to the builder to cancel the booking and asked for a money refund, later I came to know that booking amount is not refundable as per terms and conditions, as it is a general criteria for every builders. It is a practice amongst all builders I believe.
