I have recently completed my tour of Kerla through Akhilbharat. I had worst ever experience in my life with this travel agent.
Please mark my words now : If they have big group booking in their tour, you two or three families would be thrown out to other third class hotels even if you booked tickets way before all.
I booked tickets ahead of all and received first raw seats in their bus. I was told regarding hotels and shared the details of them during booking time.
A week before traveling date, I received courier on my home address regarding hotel details of my tour. I have come to know they have changed my hotels at two different destinations of Kerala. I asked them regarding same and I was answered that these hotels are very near by to other hotels and very good property.
When we reached that destination, we came to know these hotels are very far from other members hotels and very worst hotels I ever stayed in my life. In hotels, third class room service, no warm water for bath, dirty pillows and bed sheets and blankets.
After complaining about same to Akhilbharat, I came to know they tried to settle this big group in one hotel and you are thrown to other hotel without no reason.
Every time like, for morning breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea break and for camp fire and other activities, you have to come to this hotel where big group have settled.
My children and wife felt exhausted every-time to go to other hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.
We need to follow timing of others as they are big group in your tour.
My humble request to all of you, avoid tour operator like Akhilbharat. We have many other options like Ajay Modi, Akshar Travel, Kesari Tour, etc.
