I have created 2 return requests (RT47585972 and RT47595725) on 8/10/2021. Pick up was scheduled on 9th October. But till now I am waiting. I called Ajio customer care multiple times requesting them either for pick up or cancel the return request so that I can creat a fresh return request. Every time they give me 48 hours time. But nothing happens. I also logged complains (com00025854116), (com00026090817), (com00026200178) against customer care executives and the pick up person many times. But nothing happens. They always promise to give a call back but never do so. Pathetic customer service. Lowest quality products and worst delivery partner. Never going to buy from Ajio again in my life.
