Ordered a black T.Shirt and they sent a very different white one.
I have been trying to return it for the last 5 days. Have sent them photos too.
Their customer care is insisting they are "investigating" how such a mistake could have happened!!
In the meanwhile they won't pick up the return until they have finished investigation of who in their team messed up the order!!
Why the customer has to suffer further for their mistake I cannot understand. Looks like just an excuse to not pick up.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend this site.
