I was a happy customer of Airtel broadband until last 2 month. The speed sucks and hardly you can make video calls using it. Fedup with the service I applied for surrender of the connection. However they suggested me to upgrade my plan which I consented immediately. However till date the new plan has not activated. I made at least 25 calls to those SOBs. Finally gave them an e-mail that my cancellation request stands valid and I am not liable for any further payment from that date of application.
Oh I forgot to say, one idiot technican came clueless to fix the old line . JIO has headhunted most of the good guys so the company is now struggling to maintain it's customers.
Now I am using Mach Broadband and its a treat . I should have done this much earlier.
Guys open network would be open for Liquidation very soon.
