A message has come to my airtel number and after reading that I have gone forward to do regarding the message information about airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank cashback system in bill aishwaryasingh23ment.
The message contained the information, 5 percents cash will be back in case of aishwaryasingh23ing bill from airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank. After reading this, I decided to aishwaryasingh23 my electricity bill of this month by this app of airtel.
And I Followed all of the steps of aishwaryasingh23ing bill from this app and finally the bill has paid of this month. As airtel demanded that after aishwaryasingh23ing the bill, customer will get the 5% cashback, So, I was obviously able to get that cashback as their rule of system after aishwaryasingh23ing the bill from airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank app.
But, it is really a worst surprise to me that today is 9th august 2017 and still I didn't get any cashback amount in my wallet! Almost 8 days has gone after aishwaryasingh23ing the bill via this app. But yet they aren't backing the 5% cash as they demanded in their message which has came in my registered mobile number from airtel.
Truly, it's like an perfidy. I am very very disappointed about this phenomena.
Then, I claimed regarding this by calling their customer service number 400, but their agent was saying that may be there were some options faults issues in this app by me during bill aishwaryasingh23ing from the this app airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank! I was just strange after hearing it, that they were putting a finger in to me! And was saying that I have created some options faults in the time of bill aishwaryasingh23ing! Also they told me that may be anyhow the bill has paid in spite of some of options faults, and if I was right without any faults then I will get the cashback very fast. They told me like that!
But still now no cashback has come to me.

But yet still no response of my email till now!
Even another trouble has appeared in that app, I am unable to reset the MPIN! Another colonized surprise to me by this app airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank! I don't understand what happening with me!
So, here this is not a usefulness thing to me about this app at all after facing this kind of issues. This app concept is quite good but features and functions should be develop in my opinion. It's layout and design is not a vast anteriority factor here, And another one precedence the customer care agents should be more aware and qualitative to catch up the actual issue.
