I didn't have such a good experience as I had been expecting from a service that comes from such a reputed company but It sucks.
When I tried Airtel Money for once, It continued showing me error for more than 10 minutes. And don't get surprised if it just stops working on the very last step of transferring money.
Secondly, It is not efficient. It should not charge such a high charges for its service.
This service work only between Airtel and Airtel and this is also a big problem.
There is also a limit of maximum transactions in a certain amount.
So all in all, unless its an emergency, I never never use this. It just is crazy. sometimes it Mostly time its not even gonna work and you may need to attempt several times in order to do a little task. And not resolving such issues were also reason that people didn't like it that much as company has probably been expecting.
