Clearly very disappointed with the Airtel Mobile App.
As I am using airtel sim I installed their airtel app on my mobile.
I tried to pay my post paid bill and tried add Rs 315. The amount is deducted from credit card, after the transaction done. The airtel money app failed to show the balance in the mobile wallet.
In-fact I got a message from airtel that Rs 315 added successfully to your wallet.
I did not find any customer care number to communicate issue.
Finally after surfing sometime I got an email id to raise complaint on my issue, dono how the airtel will respond.
Please don't add money and fall in trouble.
