Airtel is one of the leading telecom and isp providers in India as well as around the globe but their response towards customers is purely money minded.
The rates are very high in airtel as compared to other networks. The mobile data, 3g and 4g connection stability of airtel is just horrible and the data reduction rate from data balance available is very much high that actual usage of data resulting in fast exhausting of data pack and thereby forcing user to recharge again and customer support is also very poor and they never provide clear response for user's problems.
The airtel network usually has network failures atleast once in every month resulting in no coverage or connectivity for several hours.
