I am an Airtel Customer since 2006. Today I have met a problem and realize me a trap from Airtel. I have a loss of Rs.200/-. The story starts from I don't have balance. My talk time balance is 0.00. So I requested for advance talk time of Rs.50 at 2.30 pm today. after that I made a recharge of Rs.200/- Full talk time. In between from 2 pm I made some calls.
I reduced my call rates, I charged Data Pack.etc. After sometime I check the balance it shows like 2.28 some thing. Then I called Customer Care They are telling like its deducted for Data. Then I talk to the superior officer of customer care. He is also told me I used more data. Then I checked in my phone for the last one month Data usage is from Sep 15th to 28th its around 1.01 GB only. Last time I charged as data pack for 1 GB. Its completely over by today 5.26 pm.
Then I recharged on around 7.00pm. Think. Then I called customer care for an enquiry about my data usage they told their system is down. Then I asked the executive how much data is used me today. He doesn't answer. He is telling like 10KB usage after free data is 10 paisa. He is telling like I used more than 40 MB. So the charge will be Rs.240.00 something. They didn't give any information like warning SMS before deducting. I think I am a good customer of Airtel. But Now I realize they are Indirectly cheating us as in the name of Business. So BE CAREFUL ABOUT MOBILE CHEATING.
Now I am thinking to Stop USAGE of MOBILE.and start Old method like Letters. I think its cheap and fast.right now.than Mobile.
