I a'm currently using airtel 3g and I must say that airtel's network is very good. But since every operators are providing very useful packs at very low prices for example BSNL's TRIPLE ACE plan offering 3 gb data per day for 90 days, I a'm very disappointed to see that airtel being the largest operator of India is not providing any such offers.
I find airtel's pack's charges very high and therefore have currently switched to BSNL even if BSNL has network problems. For me it's more important to save money and not use services that are overpriced.
The customer service is very unresponsive and unlike BSNL they don't even provide toll free helpline to chat with customer care representative. It shows that they want us to pay even when we face issues due to their bad service.
