Hey guys, I have been using airtel past 2 years and jio also so this is the right time to tell you about my experience with airtel.as they say in their advertisement "India's Fastest Network" believe me its not.their are always network issues with airtel recently I visited my hometown in Punjab and there was a very much network issues with airtel on the other hand jio was quite great and simple having full network and no issues.
also the data and calling plans of airtel are more costly then jio.
although jio provides us with the free roaming everywhere in India but the airtel charges .
customer services of airtel are also not so good they make you hold a lot of time before transferring your call to their customer care executive.
so customer service and support is also not that good in airtel.
and indeed as we all know airtel also charges a lot on it's data plans.
so if you have a 4g phone and want to buy a sim then don't waste your time reading this review just go and buy jio its great and existing users of airtel, guys please get rid of it.
on my personal experience I would like to rate airtel telecom service provider 1 out of 5.
