I am a **regular** customer of Airtel Maharashtra for more than an year.
But from last few months I am facing following issues with my FRIENDZ pack scheme.
My outgoing call rate in my friend's group is **1Rs/min** which is supposed to be **10p/min**.
One day my balance was deducted from **133 Rs**. to **54 Rs** without usage.
Another day my balance was deducted from **18 Rs**. to ZERO.
My call rate on Local Airtel in Happy hours(10pm-8am & 3pm-5pm) is **1Rs/min** which is supposed to be **10p/min.*
I have made **30 calls** to Airtel CC & visited their Relationship Center 7 times in last 2 months & had been assured **(FAKE)** that problem will be solved.
Airtel staff just gives assurance. NO ONE PROVIDES SOLUTION.
*DON'T USE AIRTEL. **It will make you cry later
I have recorded the conversation with CC agent. I am publishing that on You Tube. so that Airtel can
understand how much dissatisfied customers are.
