Airtel one of the most worst service provider in India. No connectivity in rural areas and saying to upgrade to 4g despite have no network towers in the rural areas. Very bad connectivity usually no network line showing and when we call many times network problem. No customer service once I had called them they solve the problem at that time but on another day same problem presists. No internet speeds coming down had to go to terrace for calling and downloading.
Very high prices not less than 400 for full talktime and the internnet prices are the worse. They have very expensive rates for a less time limits.
The worst netwok dont buy any service from them I had ported ky sin card to Jio.
