Airtel network operator is large mobile network operator in india. And this compamy provide good network frequency in city area but not in village level.
I was using airtel sim last 6 month ago when I was studying in pune city, which is corporate city. So that time airtel gives me good performance in network and also thier data network. But when I completed my degree and gone to the my village Koyna vasahat for 2 month which is in satara distict. That time airtel was not provided me consistent network.
Even that village friends suggested me to purchase another operator sim card.
There were in my mobile ony 1 tower cell shown of network. So mobile data network also failed to perform.
Sometime I called customer care for network issue. But they always answer me restart your mobile. But this didnt worked yet. And they again said your villege have network shown in my computer. They didnt trust on my issue. So I decided to try another network operator sim card.
So airtel customer care also poor in response.
