I believe that time has come to get very low cost but high quality services from different mobile network service providers. Although Airtel is up to mark especially in cities for its network coverage but its service charges are on the higher side.
The customer care department is not very polite and nice. The plans and tariffs are changed without prior notification to the customers. The worst part is that they don't let you get any advantage of promo codes available in internet.
