I'm using airtel network from around 6 years. Previously the internet speed and calling voice quality is good and the internat plans and tariff plans are of little high cost but the call does not cut in betwren the call but now as these 345rs. Plan came the internet speed get worsned it do not buffer an video as in 4g network. They give similar plans as of jio by does not giving jio's half internet speed. At many places the network get losts. The customer service is bad as there are charges to speak to customer care person. This is so bad
