Hi I am customer of airtel since 2008, I today have subscribe for all service of airtel. But their service has detroited or I can say worst service. I have mad complaint regarding network in Dec 2018 still remain un resolved. I have made network and can receive the call or caller cannot hear me, same is unresolved. Airtel close the problem ticket at their end stating problem resolved but does not take customer feedback and consent. They make money from customer without giving service. When we call customer care, standard reply we are eacalting the matter give us 72 hours I waiting since month and above that 72 hours have never come.


They don't give service and resolve the problem. But if you don't make payment they will Barr you service s. When complaint, it automatic system barred, we cannot help or take complain, we cannot help.


So they are business of making customer fool and cheat them.


They just want earn money and advertise to become best.


They don't even reply satisfactory to public grevience and close.


Really shocked to see pathetic, horrible and in responsible service.


I am left with no option to shift to another service provider and end the relationship system barred, we cannot help or take complain, we cannot help.
